Blueprint Sleep Stack vs Recovery Stack vs Recovery Duo: What’s in Each

Blueprint sells three themed bundles with overlapping names: a Sleep Stack, a Recovery Stack, and a Recovery Duo. The names suggest three different routines.

The labels tell a simpler story. All three are built on the same drink mix. Two of them share the same base and differ by exactly one product. This article prints what is in each bundle, what each costs, and how the prices compare with buying the parts one by one.

It is a label and price comparison, not a product review. None of the bundles was tested for this article.

The short version

  • Sleep Stack ($122): Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, and Ashwagandha + Rhodiola.
  • Recovery Stack ($138): Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, and Creatine.
  • Recovery Duo ($89): Longevity Mix and Creatine.
  • Every bundle costs exactly the sum of its parts bought separately, as of November 2026. There is no bundle discount. The saving on a first order is the referral credit, not the bundle.
  • The Sleep Stack contains no melatonin, and nothing in it is taken at night. Its deciding product is a morning adaptogen capsule with 120 mg of ashwagandha.

The Biggest Trap: The Sleep Stack Has No Bedtime Product in It

Blueprint Sleep Stack vs Recovery Stack vs Recovery Duo bundles compared

A buyer comparing a Sleep Stack against a Recovery Stack expects a night routine against a day routine. That is not what the labels show.

Longevity Mix is a morning drink. Blueprint’s directions say to take it in the morning with food. The Ashwagandha + Rhodiola label says to take its capsule in the morning with food. Essential Capsules are a daily capsule routine. Nothing in the Sleep Stack is taken at night, and there is no melatonin in it.

The sleep claim rests on one product: the adaptogen capsule. And the dose matters. The capsule prints 120 mg of ashwagandha extract. The pooled sleep research found its clearest effect at 600 mg a day or more. That gap is covered in the research section below.

Read the Sleep Stack as a stress and wind down bundle taken in the morning. That is what its labels describe.

What’s in Each Bundle

BundleIncludesPriceParts bought separatelyCost per day
Sleep StackLongevity Mix, Essential Capsules, Ashwagandha + Rhodiola$122$122$4.07
Recovery StackLongevity Mix, Essential Capsules, Creatine$138$138$4.60
Recovery DuoLongevity Mix, Creatine$89$89$2.97

Prices are one time prices as of November 2026, on 30 day supplies. The parts math is simple. Longevity Mix is $49, Essential Capsules are $49, Ashwagandha + Rhodiola is $24, and Creatine is $40. Each bundle adds up to exactly its parts.

We found the same pattern in the core line and covered it in Blueprint Stacks Explained: Blueprint bundles are a convenience, not a discount. Check the Blueprint product page for current pricing before you order.

One structural point the table makes clear. The Sleep Stack and the Recovery Stack share a base: Longevity Mix plus Essential Capsules. That base is the Easy Stack, at $98. The two themed bundles are that base plus one product each. The Duo is the only bundle that drops the capsules.

The One Product That Decides Each Bundle

Strip away the shared base and each bundle is a single decision.

Ashwagandha + Rhodiola decides the Sleep Stack. One capsule each morning: rhodiola root extract 300 mg and ashwagandha root and leaves extract 120 mg. It is the stress and mood product in the line, and it costs $24. Our Ashwagandha + Rhodiola ingredients breakdown covers its label in full.

Creatine decides both Recovery bundles. The standalone jar prints 5 g of creatine monohydrate per scoop and nothing else. It costs $40. Our Creatine ingredients breakdown covers its label. Note the overlap. Longevity Mix already contains 2.5 g of creatine per scoop. That is why the Sleep Stack page mentions creatine in its benefits copy, despite holding no creatine jar. Recovery buyers get creatine from two products at once.

Essential Capsules decide whether the Duo is enough. The capsules are the daily baseline product, two capsules a day with food, at $49. Our Essential Capsules ingredients breakdown covers the dose table. The Duo is the Recovery Stack minus this product. Choosing between them is choosing whether you want the baseline covered.

What the Sleep Evidence Actually Says

The best summary of ashwagandha and sleep is a 2021 systematic review and meta analysis in PLoS One. It pooled five randomized trials with 400 participants.

The result was a small but real improvement in overall sleep. The effect was larger in adults with diagnosed insomnia. It was also larger at doses of 600 mg a day or more, taken for eight weeks or longer.

Now set that beside the label. Blueprint’s capsule prints 120 mg of ashwagandha, one fifth of the 600 mg floor where the pooled effect was clearest. The trials also mostly used root extracts. Blueprint uses a root and leaves extract.

None of that makes the Sleep Stack useless. It does mean its sleep claim runs well ahead of its dose. Buy it as a stress product with a possible sleep side benefit, at a low dose, and the label and the evidence agree.

Which Bundle Fits Which Buyer

  • You want the adaptogen and the full daily base: Sleep Stack.
  • You train hard and want the full 5 g creatine dose plus the base: Recovery Stack.
  • You want the drink mix and creatine without a capsule routine, and without the $49 it costs: Recovery Duo.
  • You already buy the Easy Stack: you own the base of the first two bundles. Buy the single missing product instead of a second bundle.
  • You want something to take at night for sleep: none of these. Nothing in any of the three bundles is a nighttime product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Sleep Stack contain melatonin?

No. Its three products are Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, and Ashwagandha + Rhodiola. There is no melatonin in any of them.

Is any bundle cheaper than buying the parts separately?

No, as of November 2026. Each bundle price equals the sum of its parts to the dollar. The real first order saving is the $50 referral credit, which is larger than any bundle discount would likely be.

What’s the difference between the Recovery Stack and the Recovery Duo?

One product: Essential Capsules, at $49. The Stack is Longevity Mix, Essential Capsules, and Creatine for $138. The Duo is Longevity Mix and Creatine for $89.

Why does the Sleep Stack page mention creatine?

Because Longevity Mix contains creatine, 2.5 g per scoop. The Sleep Stack holds no standalone creatine product. The Recovery bundles do, at a full 5 g per scoop.

How do these compare with the Easy, Medium, and Big Stacks?

Those three are the core line, built as widening tiers of the daily routine. The Sleep and Recovery bundles are themed add ons that reuse the same base products. Our Blueprint Stacks Explained article compares the core three.

The Bottom Line

These are not three routines. They are one base, sold three ways. Sleep and Recovery share the Easy Stack base and swap a single $24 or $40 product. The Duo drops the capsules and keeps the mix and the creatine.

None of them discounts the parts. So choose by the deciding product, not the bundle name, and let the referral credit do the saving.
